Customer Service must be contacted for an authorization for your return or exchange to be accepted.
All returns must be made in their original conditions and packaging within 14 days of delivery in order to receive a refund. All refund-approved items must be returned in unused, original conditions and packaging in order to receive a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Do not place the artwork in direct sunlight or near direct sources of heat or air conditioning.

Climate controlled spaces are high recommended to avoid temperature extremes, but also to avoid excessive moisture which might cause damage to the artwork.

Light dusting over the artwork and around the frame with a clean, soft microfiber cloth to prevent dust buildup, never use any cleaning products or water on your artwork.

Orders require 4 business days from the date of order to be produced and ready to ship during most of the year, prior to shipping.
The shipments are optimized based on location so you're sure to get your project in the shortest amount of time. Production for all orders takes a minimum of four business days, and then you have the option to select either Standard (3-5 days in transit), Expedited (2-3 days in transit), or Overnight (1 day in transit). Remember, these shipping timelines only note how long the order will be in transit, and exclude the previously-mentioned shipping time.
Please Note: Standard shipping is not guaranteed. The map depicts typical transit times, but these may be affected by volume and weather implications.
Peak order time periods leading up to some Holidays may require longer manufacturing timelines.
**Please note that expedited shipping methods do not affect the manufacturing timeline required for your custom orders to be produced. Because we do not control the shipping process, we can never guarantee that your order will arrive on or before a certain day.**
