Customer Service must be contacted for an authorization for your return or exchange to be accepted.

All returns must be made in their original conditions and packaging within 14 days of delivery in order to receive a refund.  All refund-approved items must be returned in unused, original conditions and packaging in order to receive a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
