When will my order ship?​

​

Orders require 4 business days from the date of order to be produced and ready to ship during most of the year, prior to shipping. 

 

The shipments are optimized based on location so you're sure to get your project in the shortest amount of time. Production for all orders takes a minimum of four business days, and then you have the option to select either Standard (3-5 days in transit), Expedited (2-3 days in transit), or Overnight (1 day in transit).  Remember, these shipping timelines only note how long the order will be in transit, and exclude the previously-mentioned shipping time.

 

Please Note: Standard shipping is not guaranteed. The map depicts typical transit times, but these may be affected by volume and weather implications.

Peak order time periods leading up to some Holidays may require longer manufacturing timelines.

**Please note that expedited shipping methods do not affect the manufacturing timeline required for your custom orders to be produced.  Because we do not control the shipping process, we can never guarantee that your order will arrive on or before a certain day.**

• We cannot ship items larger than 20" x 30" to P.O. or A.P.O. boxes.

• Each order must ship to the same address and cannot be split into multiple locations. 

 

PLEASE NOTE:  if you are ordering one of our larger size products, such as the  40x60 Canvas Wrap Pro or a Framed 32x48 Canvas Wrap Pro, the following may apply :

• We have been notified by our carriers that they will be assessing additional surcharges on items over a certain size. This allows them to accommodate both shipping volume and the care needed on these larger items for delivery.
